We are a small, women-led newsroom powered by passionate Filipino creatives juggling multiple roles across the industry. Through the hustle — and the struggles — we stay committed to keeping our magazine alive, publishing as often as we can.
NewsNarratives FiXers
NewsNarratives FiXers (NNFiXers) is a diverse team of freelance journalists, writers, editors, photojournalists/ photographers, researchers, cameramen, historians, former NGO workers, travel consultants, and other creatives in the Philippines.
Stories from the heart of the communities
We cover stories of people and communities whose struggles are left underreported, unheard, or unaddressed by society. We focus less on what governments and institutions failed to do for them; rather, we focus more on what can still be done.

Research
We conduct investigative, market, social, and other kinds of research using field reporting, online and offline data analysis, and other specialized methods tailored to your specific requirements.
Training/Workshop
We collaborate with our local and international partners to facilitate editorial consultancy and media training programs for journalists, researchers, and private institutions. But it doesn’t end there—we provide ongoing support, tailored to each client’s needs, to further strengthen their skills and capacity in the industry and in their community.
Multimedia Production
We offer multimedia production support to newsrooms, media colleagues, and independent production teams looking to create audio and visual content in the Philippines. Whether it’s for television, radio, or other platforms, we have the right people to assist you at every stage of the production process.
